At first, you may not be able to do this, but gradually you have to practice drinking 2 glasses of hot water only then you will get many types of problems solved. It is better to not eat anything for 40/45 minutes after drinking warm water in the morning on an empty stomach.
  2. In addition to drinking hot water throughout the day, if a glass of warm water can be consumed 30 minutes before eating, then acidity, indigestion, and heartburn can be easily relieved from many problems.
  3. Constipation is eliminated by drinking hot water regularly. If you are suffering from digestive problems for a long time, you can drink warm water with turmeric. If the stomach is clean, no disease can easily enter the body.
  4. Hot water reduces stress in our bodies and head. Hot water easily removes the tiredness that comes to our body after working all day.
  5. Drinking hot water during periods increases the performance of abdominal muscles which helps in reducing pain. Apart from this, there is no substitute for hot water to reduce the incidence of menstrual cramps during periods.

Hot water for skin and hair care:

  1. Hot water improves skin health by healing skin cell damage and making skin glow and bright. Also, the body detoxes quickly and the skin gets rid of the accumulated oil, and dust easily, thereby keeping acne and pimples at bay. Along with that, the skin becomes taut and does not show signs of aging easily.
  2. Drinking hot water throughout the day restores the lost moisture of the scalp due to various reasons, thus reducing the incidence of dandruff.
