  1. Drink green tea before going for a walk. Because if the metabolism of the body is correct, it takes less time to reduce the extra weight. This is what green tea does. So make it a habit to drink regular green tea before going for a walk.
  2. Drink enough water. Drinking enough water will speed up the weight loss process. In this case, drinking lukewarm water will be very beneficial. Make a habit of drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.
  3. Say no to sugary foods. Because if you want to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you eat. But at this time eating different junk food, and soft drinks, your whole effort of walking can be wasted because these foods contain a lot of sugar.
  4. Walk at least 250 minutes a week. A little over 35 minutes per day on average. This walking will not only reduce your weight but also improve your heart health and lower cholesterol.
  5. Exercise along with walking. Not much, you can run a little along with walking or do a little yoga. Take a walk as well as lift weights or play a little badminton to beat the boredom.
