Overweight is a concern for us. We all want to reduce fat. Especially, nowadays the young generation want to diminish their weight because of health consciousness and making good appearances of their body. Previously people weren’t so conscious of their health and fitness. And their physical outlook as well. But the people of the modern era are so concerned about their fitness and physical appearance. Even they want to change their physical look occasionally. Eventually, they need to reduce or lose fat in a short period. They want a sudden change in a very short time.

Reducing weight in a very short time is not a healthy process. Slow and steady changes are only recommended. You can’t change yourself overnight.

There is also a maximum tolerance range in your body. You can’t put more pressure on this range.  But still, there are ways to decrease weight retaining the necessary healthy rules. These rapid weight loss facts apply to young people properly. Because they can handle the brunts happening in the body during the operation. Alongside the diet, one should do necessary heavy and light exercises if one wants to get a faster result at once.

There is no alternative except it. You have to be scrupulous on your diet and remain strict on it. Sometimes people want just results. But they don’t keep patience. They always expect instant results. This craving makes them fluctuate. You have to remain steady, and shouldn’t be fluctuated and impatient ever seeing the expectable results again and again. You have to forget about the temporary consequences and just have to focus on a strict diet and working out which may be light or a little bit heavier. You have to fix a motto for a few certain days and for a period you can’t look in the mirror.

Diet is so important in the effort to reduce body fat. So foods should be kept only chosen ones on the diet list. Priorities would be made considering the nutrition facts and foods containing low calories.

There are twelve chosen foods or vegetables that have the lowest calories. When you are hungry except for the major or main meals you have to have those foods, I mean any foods containing low calories. We should eat food for energy production.

But we often exceed the limit of eating. Overeating reserves calories in our body. So we should eat calculatively as per our work or all-day actions. Daily we should eat as per how much calories would be burnt through our daily work. When we eat more than our body demands, the excessive food cumulates in our body as fat or calories which makes our outlook chunky. Our fitness gets lessened as well. So one must eat by calculating body demand and necessary calories if he or she is keen to keep fit.

Metabolism is such a thing that the eaten food transforms into energy. The one whose metabolism rate is low becomes fat faster. Cause his absorbed calories are not burnt regularly. And whose metabolism rate is good or higher he can’t be fat so fast. Cause his calories burn regularly. As a result, his fat can’t preserved.

I would suggest twelve low-calorie foods that will help you to keep your belly full but won’t produce fat or extra calories in your body at the same time. Those are Gourd, Cucumber, Radish, Tomato, Turnips, Spinach, Cabbage, Cauliflower, White mushrooms, Grapefruits, Water Mellon, Carrot. These vegetables produce calories in our body for every 100 grams respectively 12-15 calories,16 calories,16 calories,18 calories,22 calories,23 calories,25 calories,26 calories,28 calories,30 calories,30 calories,41 calories. As we want a quick result we have to include these low-calorie foods.

Here is the complete seven-diet plan for quick results:

Day 1 – After waking up in the morning first of all you have to take a glass of lime water on an empty stomach. It improves our digestion system. It balances the pH level of our body as well. When the pH level is in balance, our body can work very well such as releasing digestive enzymes, our body cells can soak the nutrients, can out the wastes of our body, etc. Alongside, ten grams of drenched almonds. After the morning workout, you have to take 25 grams of protein drink. You can take a well-known brand for protein powder. For breakfast, you can take 35 grams of mixed vegetable salad, a 15-gram weight flatbread, and a glass of fresh orange juice. After breakfast in the midmorning, you can take 100 gms of pomegranate. For lunch, you can have 250 gms of boiled chickpea salad mixed with chopped onion, chili, coriander leaves, etc. In the evening snacks, you can take 2 pieces of dates and a banana. In the dinner you can take steamed rice with mixed vegetables, here the amount is 200 grams. Before sleep, you need to take 200 ml of boiled fennel seed water.

Day 2 – Again lime water and drenched almonds and after the workout take your protein supplement. For breakfast, you can take a glass of fresh gourd juice and a 45-gram flatbread mixed with various vegetables. In the midmorning breakfast, you can take any one of the seasonal fruits. For lunch, you can take a mixed salad made of various vegetarian ingredients, such as onion, tomato, capsicum, corn, light spices, lemon juice, coriander, etc. These types of salads are full of vegetal proteins and fiber. And keeps the stomach full for a long time. In the evening snacks, you can take 2-3  pieces of sugar-free salted biscuits and sugar-free coffee. For dinner, you can take lentil curry with 2 small pieces of flatbread. And at last boiled fennel seed water.

Day 3 – The morning diets will remain the same. Let’s get to the breakfast. You can take one piece of flatbread with one boiled egg and vegetal salad. In the lunch, you can take a venerable sandwich and a glass of buttermilk. Roasted chickpeas and sugar-free coffee might be your evening snack. For the dinner, you may have 100 gms rice and mixed chickpea and vegetable curry of 100 gms. At last fennel seed water as prior.

Day 4 – Same morning starter said as before. Then one piece of flatbread made with onion with boiled egg. Mid-morning snacks will be seasonal for any fruit. For lunch, you can have 150 gms khichuri and one fresh piece of chicken. In the evening snacks, you can have a cup of sugar-free coffee and one piece of bread. In the dinner, you may have a flatbread of 150 gms made with mixing dal and flour. At night you can take a glass of milk.

Day 5 – After morning similar to previous days you will have wheat flatbread mixed with various vegetables. In the mid breakfast, you can have any seasonal fruit. For lunch, you may have khichuri with fish curry. In the evening you can take roasted Fox nuts and sugar-free coffee or roasted peanuts. For dinner, you can have suji rolls made of various kinds of nuts and dates. Before sleeping you can have a glass of fresh gourd juice.

Day 6 – Morning snacks will remain the same for all seven days of the week. In the morning you can have a vegetable burger. In the midmorning breakfast, you can take a cup of calabash juice. For lunch, you can take a  steamed vegetable roll, not fried. In the evening snacks, you can take sugar-free stern tea with popcorn. In the dinner, you will have 200 gms flatbread made of mixing flour and spinach. At last a glass of milk.

Day 7 – After the morning snacks you will have a boiled egg and bread with a banana. After breakfast in the midmorning breakfast, you will have a glass of gourd juice. For lunch, you will have a rice bowl of 200 gms mixed with boiled peas, nuts, and some vegetables. In the evening snacks, you will have fox nuts, cashew nuts, and sugar-free tea. For lunch, you can have 150 gms of rice and vegetable-fish curry and salad. Before sleep, you can have a glass of milk.

That’s the seven-day meal plan for quick weight loss results. You can switch any food for any day. But you have to stabilize the calorie amount in food for everyday meals. Still, you can lose your body weight fast by having any delicious or appetizing food if you keep certain foods with certain low calories in your diet. We won’t prohibit you from avoiding appetizing foods, we want you to enjoy your weight loss journey, not to be bored and exhausted. We should enjoy our actions and this transformation journey won’t be any exception.
